复合集流体新方向!三孚新科参与固态电池技术与应用交流大会并分享最新3D复合集流体创新技术

4月21-23日,2025中国固态电池技术与应用交流大会&第二届中国动力电池产业生态链升级创新大会在合肥召开,三孚新科应邀出席并以《3D复合集流体从结构设计到产业化展望》为题,重磅发布复合集流体领域的最新研究方向与未来布局。


01. 固态电池技术大会    引领电池行业发展


本次大会汇聚了600多位来自科研、产业和企业界的精英,围绕固态电池材料、工艺、标准和产业化等核心议题展开高水平、多维度的深入探讨。



三孚研究院院长朱平博士代表公司受邀出席本次大会,并发表《3D复合集流体从结构设计到产业化展望》主题演讲。


作为首创一步式全湿法复合铜箔工艺及解决方案提供商,三孚新科不断深化布局,持续改进复合集流体技术。




02. 复合铜箔工艺改进  推进复合集流体产业化进程


为破解PP结合力差等行业瓶颈与关键技术难题,我们加大研发及技术投入,与客户及终端保持紧密协同。


通过对工艺及药水的持续优化,三孚新科最新复合铜箔制备技术,在关键性能参数上取得了实质性突破。

在对pp复合铜箔的工艺改进中,三孚新科设计了全新制备工艺——打孔复合铜箔。


对比普通的pp复合铜箔,可显著提高铜层与pp膜的结合力、提高能量密度、延迟电池使用寿命。


为下一代高性能动力电池、固态电池的应用奠定坚实技术及供应链基础。


03. 3D复合铜箔技术  重塑电池性能边界


三孚新科聚焦行业痛点,针对pp复合铜箔的性能瓶颈,以及行业对电池的安全性、快充性能的提出的新需求,研发新型复合集流体——3D复合铜箔技术,通过新型3D结构设计实现电池倍率性能、安全性的提升。



其中创新3D构型材料阻燃等级为UL94 V-0级别,能迅速熄灭火焰,不会继续燃烧;对比PP膜具备更高的耐酸性、耐热性、抗拉强度、附着力。


三孚新科的3D复合铜箔由于其在减重、提高能量密度、提升倍率性能的优异表现,未来有望应用于高端3C高端动力电池、具身机器人、eVTOL等更多新型技术领域。


下一步,我们将持续加快技术演进步伐,围绕复合集流体技术及制备工艺的发展需求,进一步完善上下游协同链条,推动核心材料国产替代与成本优化进程。同时,我们将积极拓展与材料端、电池端、设备端合作伙伴的协同机制,推进固态电池、锂金属电池等新体系探索,共建面向未来的新能源产业生态。
